The BIG Project : Youth2Youth Mentoring Initiative
(Belong. Inspire. Grow.)

A peer mentoring movement where older youth support, guide, and walk alongside younger peers.

At its heart, The BIG Project is about building a caring youth community—where every young person feels like they belong, is inspired to grow, and is empowered to give back.

Through mentoring relationships, group activities, and shared experiences, older youth (Bigs) nurture younger peers (Littles), offering guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear. Together, they create safe spaces to talk, learn, and grow.

BIG = Belong. Inspire. Grow.

When young people feel connected, they rise together.

The goal: To build a caring, youth-led community that nurtures confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging—one peer at a time.
